SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At ShahLens, every order is handled with the same care as our jewellery. From dispatch to delivery, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and reassuring service.


1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your destination, courier partner rates, or any promotional offers.
All applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.


2. IN-STOCK ORDERS

Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days after your order is received.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• United Kingdom: Next business days

Tracked and Signed for,
• Europe: 5-7 business days

A tracking link will be sent via email and WhatsApp once your order has shipped.

For urgent or expedited delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order, and our team will advise.


3. PRE-ORDER & BESPOKE ORDERS

Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on each product page and at checkout.
These are estimates only, as each piece is individually crafted and subject to production schedules.
If you have a strict deadline (e.g., for a wedding or event), please contact our Client Care team before ordering.
In rare instances, unforeseen production or courier delays may occur.


4. PACKAGING

Each order is presented in velvet pouches packaging, designed to protect your jewellery and elevate your unboxing experience.

Where possible, multiple pieces in one order are packed together to reduce waste, in line with our sustainability commitment.
Individual packaging per item is available upon request. Additional shipping costs may apply.


5. DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to your local customs authority.
Customs clearance may extend delivery times, which is outside our control.

If customs fees are refused or unpaid and the parcel is returned, shipping and handling costs will be deducted and the order will be treated as non-refundable.


6. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.
• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
• If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you prefer split delivery, standard shipping fees will apply.
• All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you request delivery without a signature, or to a neighbour/safe place, we cannot be held liable once the parcel is marked as delivered.
• Some courier services apply ODA (remote area) surcharges. If your address qualifies, we will contact you before dispatch. Standard fees remain covered by us where applicable; ODA surcharges must be paid by the customer.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
• Any delivery concerns must be reported within 5 days of dispatch.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to missed or refused delivery, a return shipping fee will be charged before re-sending.


7. POLICY UPDATES

This Shipping Policy is reviewed regularly. Shahlens Jewellery reserves the right to amend shipping terms, fees, and delivery practices at any time.
All updates will be published on this page.

This policy should be read alongside our Returns & Exchanges Policy, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
